3、 Function description of each part
1. Base: The base is welded with high-quality steel plates, and after vibration aging treatment, the welding deformation is small. It is mainly used to install various parts of the machine tool. At the same time, the rear end of the base is a water tank for circulating cooling during sawing.
2. Main drive: The main drive system of the machine tool consists of a motor, a reducer and a driving wheel. The reducer is directly connected with the driving wheel, and the drive is stable without impact. The rotating speed of the driving wheel can be adjusted by the tower wheel to obtain three kinds of rotating speeds to meet the sawing of materials of different specifications.
3. Clamping device: hydraulic clamping is adopted for the clamping of the machine tool, and a set of clamping vises are respectively set on the back side of the saw band and the feeding mechanism. The position of the clamp at the back side of the saw blade is fixed, which is responsible for tightening and fixing the workpiece during sawing; The clamp on the feeding mechanism is responsible for tightening and fixing the workpiece during feeding, and handling the certificate of feeding accuracy.
4. Saw frame: The saw frame is a bow structure, which is divided into left and right saw frame boxes. The saw frame plate is made of high-quality steel plates, which are assembled and welded by reasonable stiffeners. After vibration aging, the welding stress is redistributed and eliminated, thus ensuring the stability of the saw frame. The main transmission device, driving wheel, tensioning wheel, guide device and saw blade tensioning device are all installed on the saw frame. When the machine tool is working, the saw wheel rotates counterclockwise.
5. Guide device: The guide of the machine tool is divided into movable guide arm and fixed guide arm. The movable guide arm is moved manually. After adjustment, the guide arm shall be locked manually. The outside of the guide seat is equipped with bearing pre guide, and the top and side of the guide seat are made of hard alloy to ensure the stability of the guide and prolong the service life of the saw blade.
6. Saw blade tensioning device: the tensioning wheel is installed at the left end of the saw frame. The tension is adjustable.
7. Cooling system: In order to prolong the service life of the saw blade, prevent the saw blade from heating, and ensure the sawing accuracy, the machine tool uses a cooling pump for centralized cooling. The cooling points are divided into upper and lower guide seats. The coolant is recycled, and the coolant is saponified liquid. The automatic chip sweeping device adopts the way that the steel wire barbed wheel rotates with the saw blade, which can effectively clean the iron chips stuck to the saw blade without damaging the tooth tip and affecting the life of the saw blade.
