 [Principle of Welding]
 Resistance welding is to press the workpiece to be welded between two electrodes and apply an electric current. The resistance heating effect generated by the current flowing through the contact surface of the workpiece and the adjacent area is used to heat it to a molten or plastic state to form a metal bond.  Kind of method.

 1. Using synchronous numerical control technology, welding time and sub-control welding are composed of digital programming system.
 2. The weft thread is straightened and cut according to the specified size in advance, and can be directly put into the storage tank. Each time the distributing mechanism moves, a weft thread will be separated and arranged in the discharge groove, and the thread will be automatically dropped.  During welding, the blanking mechanism moves once every time as required by the procedure to drop a weft thread onto the welding level.
 3. The diameter wire is pre-adjusted and cut according to the specified size, and placed in a fixed position manually (there is a wooden strip mold).
 4. The diameter wire is manually placed, the weft wire is put into the storage tank, and a mesh can be automatically welded by inputting the size on the CNC computer.
 5. Holes of different sizes between weft and weft can also appear on the same web.
 6. The hole pitch of the diameter wire is adjustable, and the hole pitch of the weft wire can be input to the computer to achieve the hole pitch you get.
 7. Both the warp and weft are straightened and cut by the straightening machine in advance.
 8. The welding machine has the characteristics of one-time compression and separate control welding.
