二.Equipment description
CNC steel cage rolling welding machine is a PLC-controlled equipment for processing and producing steel cages.
According to the needs of construction, the main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage is manually passed through the distribution plate, the circular hole of the corresponding template of the mobile rotary plate is moved to the corresponding hole position of the mobile rotary plate and fixed, and the end of the coil reinforcement (winding reinforcement) is welded to a main reinforcement. Then, through the rotation of the fixed rotating disk and the moving rotating disk, the winding rib is wound on the main rib (the moving disk moves away from the fixed disk on the track while rotating), and welding is performed at the same time to form the product reinforcement cage.
三. Reinforcement cage accuracy guarantee
Because the steel cage has very high requirements on the spacing accuracy between the stirrups, the general traditional method of making steel cages is less suitable for high-quality construction.
In this set of automatic steel cage forming machine, the spacing parameters are set on the PLC and controlled by the PLC. Actually, the spacing between the steel cage stirrups is determined by the rotation speed of the two rotating discs and the walking speed. The rotation speed and walking are stable, and the stability of the spacing is guaranteed. At present, there is no technical problem in this aspect.
四. Working principle
According to the construction requirements, the main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage is fixed by manually passing through the corresponding round holes of the template of the mobile rotating disk to the corresponding holes of the fixed rotating disk. The rotating disc and the moving rotating disc are rotated to wrap the winding bars on the main bar (the moving disc rotates and moves backwards), and welds at the same time to form the product reinforcement cage---this is the drilling and cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage rolling welding machine, that is The working principle of "rebar cage forming machine". The specific operations are as follows:
The first step: feeding the main rib
The main rib is pre-cut, butt welded or sleeved to the required length of the drawing, and then hung on the main rib storage rack for backup;
The main bar storage rack is suitable for storing 9M/12M/18M/22M steel bars; the whole is welded and assembled by rectangular tubes; it adopts a split assembly structure, with an interval of 2.5 meters/piece, and a total span of about 13.5 meters; easy to disassemble and transport .
The second step: coil rib feeding
Hang the coil bar on the pay-off frame, the maximum load is 2T, and the height is 1.7M.
The third step: thread the main bar and clamp it
The worker shakes off the main rib and distributes it on the circumference of the distribution plate; at the same time, it penetrates into the conduit of the moving plate and the annular template of the fixed plate; and clamps it with bolts in the conduit of the fixed plate.
The distribution tray system is composed of multiple distribution trays, which are connected to the moving tray and can follow the synchronous rotation movement; each distribution tray is equipped with an independent roller to reduce the rotation resistance.
When clamping, pay attention to the dislocation length of each main bar, usually about 1M.
When the rib-piercing pipe is fixed on the template ring, the direction of use can be selected according to the actual situation.
The fourth Step : Thread the coil and wrap it to fix it
Pass the coil bar through the straightening mechanism until it is cross welded with the main bar.
The fifth Step : Welding and forming
Initial welding: At the head of the reinforcement cage, the fixed disk and the movable disk rotate synchronously, and the disk reinforcement is wound side by side for several consecutive turns; then it is firmly welded with the main reinforcement.
Formal welding: The fixed plate and the moving plate rotate synchronously, and the moving plate moves forward at the same time, so that the plate bars are automatically wrapped around the main bars and are welded at the same time, thereby forming a steel cage product. In formal welding, it can be used directly after adjustment with the welding robot arm. Hydraulic support should be used simultaneously to support the formal welding.
Termination of welding: At the tail of the reinforcement cage, the two disks continue to rotate, the welding is suspended, and the coils are wound side by side for a few turns; then the ends of the coils are welded to the main reinforcement to be fixed, and the welding is completed. When the welding is terminated, the welding robot arm will continue to make a few laps after it stops working.
(CO2 protection welding machine is generally used in China, with less welding slag and good welding quality; automatic welding manipulator can also be used (price is extra), the maximum welding speed is 40-60 points/min)
The sixth Step : Separating the Reinforcement Cage from the Rotating Disc
Cutting off the winding bars: the moving plate moves forward, the reinforcing bar cage falls on the hydraulic support, and after the fixing plate loosens the clamping bolts of the main bar, the reinforcing bar cage is separated from the fixed plate; the reinforcing bar cage is separated from the moving plate.
The seventh Step : Unload the cage and lower the hydraulic support
Unload the cage, lift it and unload it.
In the whole welding process, in order to prevent the reinforcement cage from being deformed due to its own weight, multiple hydraulic support devices are required. The specially designed hydraulic station adopts domestic common hydraulic components, which is durable and highly interchangeable.
