Description

Product features:

1. Intelligence: controlled by PLC, touch screen human-computer interaction, fully automated, easy to operate, and can be operated by one person;

High efficiency and low cost: the whole bundle of steel bar raw materials is automatically scattered and divided, without manual feeding; the thread rolling adopts a high-speed and low-speed two-speed rolling process design, and the low-speed rolling has a high-quality milling and grinding head. The high-speed is equipped with a special fast wire withdrawal mechanism, and there is no need to reverse the wire withdrawal. The efficiency is increased by 1.5 times compared with the traditional production line, and the rolling is more "fast and efficient". The designed threading cycle is 30 seconds. The processes of sawing, rib stripping, threading, grinding, etc. are optimized to be carried out simultaneously, which is different from the conventional one. The conventional single-end threading is upgraded to the synchronous threading at both ends to reduce the overall processing time. The designed shift production capacity is 1920 steel bar heads/8h, which is equivalent to the production capacity of 7 workers in one shift in the ordinary way;

3. Small footprint: The conventional product occupies an area of about 30*8m, and the floor area is 16*8m, which is only half of the conventional product, greatly reducing the site use cost of the user.

4. Convenient replacement of the thread rolling wheel: Just exit the adjustment sleeve to expose the thread rolling wheel fixed piston for replacement, and it only takes 10 minutes to replace it once, which greatly reduces the replacement time of accessories.

5. The traditional steel bar conveying and turning material transfer is changed to horizontal transfer to avoid damage to the wire buds during steel bar transfer, and also reduce the transfer time of steel bars.

6. Fewer wearing parts and low maintenance costs for the whole machine.

Information management: Support MES system, on-site use data such as steel bar processing, quality, progress, equipment operation status and other information can be remotely transmitted to the information data center through communication, and processing data can be sent remotely from the control center, etc
