Description
Resistance Welding Reinforcement Cage Roll Welding Machine is a kind of high-efficiency welding equipment dedicated to the automated production of steel reinforcement cages (such as pile foundations, bridge piers, and steel skeletons for building structures). It continuously welds the longitudinal main reinforcement and the annular stirrups through the resistance welding process, replacing the traditional manual binding, which greatly improves the production efficiency and structural strength. 1. Equipment Composition 1. Main frame, strong steel structure, supports the rotating disc and transmission system to ensure the stability of high-speed operation. 2. Rotating disc/rolling welding mechanism, with electrode roller (made of chrome zirconium copper), when rotating, it is pressurized and energized synchronously to realize the continuous welding of the stirrups and the main reinforcement. 3. Reinforcement feeding system, automatic conveying of main reinforcement (longitudinal) and stirrups (spiral or ring), servo motor precise control of feeding length and spacing. 4. Straightening and cutting device, for the disc steel bar straightening, fixed length cutting (optional laser length measurement), the accuracy of ± 1mm. 5. Control system PLC + touch screen, programmable setting of steel bar spacing, welding current, speed and other parameters, support multiple sets of process storage. 2. Core parameters, items, typical range, diameter of main reinforcement φ 6~ φ 32 mm diameter of stirrups φ 4~ φ 16 mm diameter of steel cage φ 200~ φ 2500 mm Welding speed 0.5~ 3 m/min Power supply 100~ 400 kVA (intermediate frequency DC) Electrode pressure 1~ 10 kN (adjustable) 3. Workflow 1. Feeding: The disc-shaped steel bar is loaded into the straightening machine, and the main reinforcement is penetrated into the feeding rack. 2. Positioning: The main reinforcement is evenly distributed through the indexing disc, and the stirrups are wound to the outside of the main reinforcement. 3. Welding: The rotating disc drives the electrode roller to roll, and the synchronous pressure and power are applied to complete continuous welding. 4. Forming: The steel cage after welding is automatically demoulded or removed by the robot.
