  1. When performing steel bending work in the CNC steel bending center, the oiling operation cannot be carried out, and the pollution on the equipment cannot be cleaned up, because during the operation of the equipment, other operations are likely to cause safety problems.
2. Use the CNC steel bar bending center to bend the steel bars. The steel bars that exceed the specified diameter cannot be bent, and the speed cannot be too fast, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the equipment and fail to complete the bending work well.

  3. Because there are many types of steel bars, you need to pay attention to the types of steel bars between bending, and then replace the corresponding mandrel, especially for high-hardness or low-alloy steel bars.
